14 Years of Growth at Palo Alto Networks

Geo joined Palo Alto Networks 14 years ago. At the time, he was the fourth SE hired for the New York tri-state area. He started on the majors as an SE, later moving to the enterprise team as an SE 2 and then on to Senior Systems Engineer. He has seen Palo Alto Networks grow from a few hundred to over 15,000 employees – and it’s been amazing to be part of it. Here’s what else Geo shares on his 14th PANniversary, having recently moved into a leadership role within the strategic financial services team:

“The most exciting aspect of my new role has been the ability to affect the directions the teams are going in how they support their customer, build their own careers, and help to make Palo Alto Networks successful quarter by quarter and also next year and beyond.

I feel that the new role demonstrates my direct leader's and Palo Alto Networks' trust and confidence in me as a people leader and cybersecurity leader. This belief in me allows me to continue to expand how I affect other's careers in turn.

Looking ahead, I believe that given the opportunity I could take my experience with the strategics teams and help to grow majors or enterprise. While I would like to progress upward in the organization, I believe having a broader view of the company is what helped me attain my current role and would lead to further success in the future as well.”

Congratulations to Geo on this impressive milestone!
